What type of blinds do you need?
Blinds are ideal for controlling the amount of light coming in, blocking out excessive sunshine and securing your privacy. Along with these important functions, blinds offer a perfect way for adding an extra touch of style and comfort to your lovely home. - Vertical or Horizontal blinds – When it comes to adapting the amount of light coming through the window, Vertical or Horizontal blinds are the ideal choice. As you can imagine, the only difference is in the orientation of the slats, being either upright or sideways. Whichever type you choose, you can rest assured that you will have perfect control over the amount of light coming in. What is even more, you can now benefit from our Sheer blinds which offer a modern alternative to the traditional Vertical blinds and will give your home the elegant look it deserves;
- Roller or Roman blinds – If you are looking for a bit more minimalist approach, then the Roller or Roman blinds might be the perfect way to go. Incorporating simplistic design and functionality, these types of blinds are ideal for the kitchen, bathroom or conservatory. Made of high quality Korean or Spanish fabrics, our blinds allow for easy control over the amount of light coming through. How to look after your blinds?
Just as with anything else in your home, the blinds need to be looked after and cleaned on a regular basis. Depending on the material and design, some blinds allow washing in a laundry machine, whereas others will only need a bit of wet cloth or a duster. For instance, our Sheer blinds allow for machine washing at 30°C, whereas for the Vertical, Roller and Zebra blinds you will need to use a microfiber towel or the brush of the vacuum cleaner.
As to the wooden blinds – they are fully moisture resistant, which means you can clean them using a wet towel or cloth. The same applies to our Venetian blinds range too. Whichever type of blinds you choose for your home, make sure you follow the maintenance instructions carefully, in order to avoid unwanted damage.
